Stayed there for 7 nights, truly enjoyed it. It was located in a pretty nice area really close to nice area very close to the centre as well as the airport, I didn't want to leave and couldn't recommend more the property.

Wanted to see Split popular places and this apartment was handy base for exploring most of them. The host was always available. The building was traditional.

the room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. We enjoyed the communal kitchen and yard area, where we could socialize with other travelers. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The host was accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Our overall experience at Nikolla was exceptional.

Had a really lovely stay on our last night in Croatia. Rooms - huge with a balcony. Favourable location just 5 minutes walk from a large fortress. More than that, restaurants and bars were walk from the accommodation. We loved being walk from a train station.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The cable TV provided entertainment for our little one, keeping him entertained during downtimes. It was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring Split.

My children wanted a play area or a playground on-site.

We had a fantastic time staying in the heart of the city. the apartment was right in the shopping area near the national theater, which was perfect for exploring the vibrant streets. the room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions.

Great location, spacious rooms, and fantastic hospitality. We were actually surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of our room at Apartments Nikolla. Great location, walking distance to both the old town and the harbor. the room was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. the host was helpful and readily took care of any request, from giving directions to providing needle and thread. there were grocery stores and numerous restaurants nearby.

we had to wait for a long time to check-in and communicate with the host due to language barriers.
